I just got mine and was thinking it’d be great processing game of any size I was originally looking into one of the scalpel knives but I think this little guy will do that role nicely

I don’t know why or who, would not like this knife. I have one and its the perfect small game gutter/
Skinner. I’ll guess those that are critical of this knife must be Libs,
And are on here just to try and screw things up.

Great little knife. I got one just over a month ago I have no complaints. Blade was razor sharp out the package. The handle is comfortable – the knife feels good in my hand. Great especially for the price!!!

The design of CRKT S.P.E.W looks good and the size isn’t that big. Overall the knife it’s useful and the price isn’t that big, I especially like the handle.

In reply to Jake. Not a waste of money, they are great little knives for the price, steel is strong and durrable, holds an edge well, and is easy to sharpen. Both of mine were razor sharp out of the package. Fit and finish on them are very high quality as well.

I picked up two of these at Bass Pro, one i keep as a self-defense back-up to my CRKT Hissatsu or Crawford/Kasper Dragon. The other I have been using as a utility blade. I did manage to break the tip on that one- had an emergency situation where I had to pry on something. No fault of the knife or quality of steel, would have broken any knife tip doing that. So I just re-profiled it, good as new. This knife does hold an edge very well, is easy to sharpen, and has so far been reliable. It is a good-looking knife as well. On the one I use for defensive back-up I polished the edges around the handle and at top of blade. It took polish really well, so when I have time, will do a full polish on the utility one. Great knife for the price, I paid under $25 for them on sale at Bass Pro.

Looks and sounds like a waste of money. Spend a few dollars more and get a better quality steel blade.
