Sunflower sprouting is easy. This combined with making your own bread and flat bread is simple and effective. Bread makers will work with solar if you do not know how work with yeast or baking powder. I add ground blue corn and flax seed to yeast and flat bread.

You can’t read it from books. I’m just starting too and it is even more difficult as I’m on my Loaded Gun Diet and I have to follow their menus, but with some of these tips I guess it’ll be easier.
