The whole unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is the easiest way to fix the knucklheads coming up with this junk. liberty in that context is defined as “liberty is the ability to do as one pleases. In modern politics, liberty is the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life, behavior, or political views.” In my opinion, this kind of hits the nail on the head with the oppressive restrictions imposed. As a matter of fact these tiny houses are already 100% illegal in TN no matter what you do. I was looking at this for a small farm/Tiny house lifestyle but it’s looking like this is not going to be an option
