Alaska Silence & Solitude<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAlaska Silence & Solitude is a follow-up to Alone in the Wilderness. Filmmakers Bob Swerer and Bob Swerer Sr. trek into the remote wilderness of Alaska, 25 years after the original classic was made, to meet Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke. Alaska Silence & Solitude<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAlaska Silence & Solitude is a follow-up to Alone in the Wilderness. Filmmakers Bob Swerer and Bob Swerer Sr. trek into the remote wilderness of Alaska, 25 years after the original classic was made, to meet Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke. The movie shows Proenneke, who at this time is 75 years old, and how he has lived in the wilderness for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seven Alone<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nSeven Alone is the fictionalized version of the\nreal-life story of a frontier family that traveled by wagon train from Missouri\nto Oregon. Heyerdahl believed that people from South America settled Polynesia in pre-Columbian times, so together with five men he built a period correct balsa wood raft and set off on an on an epic 101 day-long journey to prove his theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Alone in the Wilderness” is a documentary that shows Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke, a naturalist\nand survivalist, living alone and building his own\nlog cabin high in the mountains of Alaska at a place called Twin Lakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alaska Silence & Solitude<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\nAlaska Silence & Solitude is a follow-up to Alone in the Wilderness. Filmmakers Bob Swerer and Bob Swerer Sr. trek into the remote wilderness of Alaska, 25 years after the original classic was made, to meet Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke. The movie shows Proenneke, who at this time is 75 years old, and how he has lived in the wilderness for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For anyone who has\never dreamed of leaving it all behind and going off the grid, then you need to\nwatch Alone in the Wilderness. It is quite possibly\none of the greatest wilderness survival documentaries ever made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Alone in the Wilderness” is a documentary that shows Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke, a naturalist\nand survivalist, living alone and building his own\nlog cabin high in the mountains of Alaska at a place called Twin Lakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alaska Silence & Solitude<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Alaska Silence & Solitude is a follow-up to Alone in the Wilderness. Filmmakers Bob Swerer and Bob Swerer Sr. trek into the remote wilderness of Alaska, 25 years after the original classic was made, to meet Richard Louis \u201cDick\u201d Proenneke. The movie shows Proenneke, who at this time is 75 years old, and how he has lived in the wilderness for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
